Public boat ramp at Caxambas Pass on Marco Island providing concrete ramp parking and direct access to the pass and Gulf of Mexico for trailered boats kayaks and small craft launches into productive backcountry and nearshore waters. Tidal ranges create strong currents and expose extensive flats at low tide making tide charts essential for safe launching return and timing trips for redfish snook tarpon or offshore species. Convenient location near Goodland supports combining ramp use with tide monitoring and enjoying this southern Marco Island gateway to the Ten Thousand Islands.

Caxambas Pass Fishing and Wade Access (Other)

Shoreline and shallow water access at Caxambas Pass offering opportunities for wade fishing sight casting from flats low tide exploration and shore fishing in the pass and adjacent back bays rich in snook redfish trout and tarpon. Extreme tidal flows expose vast grass flats mudflats and oyster bars at low tide creating prime sight fishing conditions while higher tides flood the mangroves bringing baitfish and predators closer. Popular among light tackle and fly anglers it emphasizes tide monitoring for optimal conditions and safe wading in this world-class South Florida inshore fishery.

Public shoreline areas near Goodland and Caxambas Pass offering access for shore fishing crabbing low tide mudflat exploration and relaxation with views of the pass Gulf entrance and mangrove islands.
