Neah Bay (Guide)

Neah Bay on the Strait of Juan de Fuca offers excellent fishing for salmon when running halibut lingcod rockfish and Dungeness crab from the beaches piers or small boats with outgoing tides concentrating fish near the strait structure for stronger bites and sea run cutthroat near freshwater inflows. Public boat ramps at Neah Bay Public Boat Launch with trailer parking restrooms and direct strait access plus the nearby Sekiu Boat Launch provide convenient launches for small boats kayaks and fishing trips while the Neah Bay Marina offers slips fuel dock pump out restrooms showers and charter services for exploring the strait and Pacific Ocean. Beaches at Neah Bay Beach Access with sandy and rocky shoreline parking and access for shore fishing beachcombing and low tide tide pool exploration deliver calm sand for family picnics swimming and shore casting with views of the strait and Tatoosh Island though the massive tidal range and strong currents require careful planning around low tide for safe activities. The remote northwest tip setting with easy access makes tide planning essential and rewarding.
