Mailboat Slough (Guide)

Mailboat Slough on Willapa Bay offers excellent fishing for salmon when running and flounder and perch and lingcod and sea run cutthroat near freshwater inflows from the slough or small boats with outgoing tides concentrating fish near the slough for stronger bites. Public boat ramps at Mailboat Slough provide convenient launches slips and fuel for bay trips targeting greenling and perch. Beaches at Mailboat Slough and the adjacent Willapa Bay shores deliver calm sand for family picnics swimming and shore casting with slough views. The slough setting with easy access makes tide planning simple and rewarding.
