Coastal Rockingham County.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...When the water temperature is below 60 degrees, the
average submerged person could lose dexterity within minutes and
be unable to accomplish simple tasks. Anyone on boats or
paddlecraft should use extreme caution to avoid this threat.

Castine (Guide)

Castine on the Bagaduce River delivers excellent fishing for striped bass and white perch and catfish from the waterfront or small boats with lower tides revealing structure for better casting. Public boat ramps at Castine Harbor and the town landing provide easy launches for river trips targeting black sea bass. Beaches at Castine waterfront and the adjacent Dyce Head Lighthouse and Back Shore deliver calm sand for family picnics swimming and shore casting with historic views. The college town setting enhances convenient tide aware outings.
