Kawaihae (Guide)

Kawaihae on the big island offers solid fishing for papio ulua goatfish and threadfin from the harbor pier or nearby rocky shores with outgoing tides concentrating fish near the entrance channel and reefs for better casting success. The Kawaihae Harbor provides full service ramps slips fuel and guest moorage for small boats and day charters targeting trevally and bottomfish when tides bring bait in close.
